Job summary

ALMA MATER STUDIORUM - UNIVERSITA' DI BOLOGNA - - DIPARTIMENTO DI SCIENZE E TECNOLOGIE AGRO-ALIMENTARI is seeking a researcher to conduct agronomic field trials at the University Experimental Farm and other sites. You will be directly involved in experimental design, establishment and management of field trials, data collection, and statistical analysis.

You will supervise PhD students and staff at the same sites, with a focus on reporting and dissemination of results.

Qualifications

• The researcher will conduct agronomic field trials and oversee experimental work.
• Basic knowledge of statistical methods and a good command of English are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct agronomic field trials at University Farm or partner sites.
• Design experiments, establish and manage field trials, and collect physiological measurements.
• Manage data and perform statistical analyses to support results and conclusions.
• Prepare reports and disseminate findings through workshops, conferences, and project meetings.
• Supervise PhD students and other research staff at the experimental sites.
