Design QA and Delivery Manager, Devices Brand Studio

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Design Quality Assurance (QA) and Delivery Manager to join our Production Design team. This role is critical in ensuring that creative assets meet the highest standards of quality while driving efficiency in the delivery process. You will be responsible for signing off on assets, managing delivery to marketing partners, and continuously improving workflows to simplify and automate quality reviews.

Key responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design assets (homepage ads, mobile/web, email, social content) to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the final sign-off and delivery of assets to marketing partners through Box, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and uphold creative excellence.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the QA and delivery workflow, propose and implement new SOPs, and explore automation opportunities.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain clear records of QA reviews, update quality guidelines, and lead workshops or training sessions to reinforce standards across the team.
  • Continuous Feedback: Establish regular touchpoints with Art and Creative Directors to refine processes and ensure stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
  • Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring forward fresh ideas for improving quality and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
  • Knowledge of digital file and folder management systems, marketing workflow tools, DAM, and Localization systems
  • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
  • Experience with process optimization
  • 4+ years of experience in production design, quality assurance, or creative operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of brand guidelines, design standards, and creative review processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot design inconsistencies or errors.
  • Experience in workflow automation or tools that streamline QA and delivery processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in creative operations, QA, and design delivery.
