• To monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising from design, progress, quality and safety
• To assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings

Job Description Reporting: Project Manager Location : Milano – Italy (On-Site) Responsibilities

• To assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Development Management and Project Management
• Fluency in Italian and English Languages

It Will Be Considered a Plus

• Previous experience in multinational environment or in Project Management at Construction
• Previous experience in the construction management at industrial sector
• Previous experience permitting process
• Previous experience in coordination activities related to LEED/BREEAM certifications
• Certifications in the field of project management BIM/REVIT knowledge
