The Team

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Deputy Manager Customer Experience & Sales ensures the store's performance and optimal client experience by managing and supporting the Sales Team with training, coaching, and feedback.

The Position

  1. Ensure a positive selling environment by overseeing all aspects of the selling process and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  2. Set daily goals for customer service to enhance the overall experience, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.
  3. Train and coach the team on standards, including customer service, product placement, and efficient time management.
  4. Assist in goal setting and verification to ensure the team is aligned with quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  5. Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are appropriately introduced to the team and company culture.
  6. Provide continuous feedback to the team, fostering their professional development and addressing performance concerns.
  7. Facilitate effective communication by conducting regular briefings and training sessions on products, CRM, and company updates.
  8. Oversee CRM activities to achieve retention, upgrading, and prospect conversion targets.
  9. Collaborate with other teams to allocate duties effectively, ensuring seamless store operations.
  10. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement, using company reports to analyze trends and identify areas for enhancement.
  11. Provide recommendations for action based on sales performance analysis.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Experience as Senior Sales Associate.
  2. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
  3. Highly developed business acumen.
  4. Ability to take a 'big picture' view of situations.
  5. Good communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  7. Fluent in Italian and basic English.
