Si occuperà di progettare soluzioni, modelli dati e workflow con Power BI, Power Apps e Power Automate, collaborando con team trasversali e governance dei dati, in un contesto digitale in crescita.

Competenze

• 8–10 anni di esperienza in BI, analisi dati o trasformazione digitale.
• Laurea BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/Data Analytics o disciplina correlata.
• Esperienza pratica con BI, modellazione dati e creazione di dashboard.

Mansioni

• Sviluppare e mantenere soluzioni BI scalabili, dashboard e ETL.
• Analizzare dataset complessi per intuizioni operative e decisionali.
• Creare workflow low-code/no-code con Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Contribuire allo sviluppo MERN per applicazioni interne e automazione.
• Collaborare con team trasversali per integrare BI con sistemi aziendali.

Descrizione Lavoro - Deputy Manager

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for building data-driven visibility across the organization by designing reliable BI ecosystems, developing digital workflows, and creating integrated internal applications. The role contributes to strengthening the company’s digital infrastructure through modern development frameworks and continuous enhancement of analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, data models, and ETL processes using industry-standard BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Create low-code/no-code business workflow solutions and custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Contribute to front-end and full-stack development using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) for internal applications and business process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BI systems with enterprise applications, enhance data governance, and support continuous improvement of digital platforms.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or digital transformation roles.
• B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience working with BI platforms, data modelling, and dashboard/report creation.
• Practical experience in web or application development using modern JavaScript frameworks is an added advantage.
