MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) in the rural health network supports department-level leadership by coordinating strategy, projects, and financial operations. The role focuses on ensuring staff well-being while driving efficient daily operations.

As a first-level manager, you will supervise multiple professionals and support staff, participate in budgeting and strategic planning, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• Work Experience: 6 years progressive work experience and 1 year of management experience.
