WSP Italy is seeking a Demolition and Decommissioning Engineer to support technical delivery across civil and industrial projects in Pisa, Italy. You will join a specialized technical team and contribute to documentation, site visits, cost estimates and design activities from day one.
The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a Civil/Building/Environmental Engineering degree, and fluent Italian and English.

We are growing our Demolition and Decommissioning team in Italy and are looking for a Demolition and Decommissioning Engineer to support technical delivery across concrete, multidisciplinary projects.
In this role, you will join a specialized technical team working on demolition, decommissioning, dismantling and remediation projects for civil and industrial assets. You will contribute to technical documentation, site visits, quantity take-offs, cost and time estimates, design activities and engineering assessments, working closely with experienced colleagues from day one.
Your work will support the delivery of demolition, decommissioning and remediation projects, helping our clients plan and execute safe, practical and technical sound solutions.
You will join WSP Italy’s Demolition and Decommissioning engineering team, a distributed group working across several offices, with strong technical expertise in Pisa.

WSP is committed to pay transparency. The annual gross salary range for this position is €24,000 - €33,000. The final offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications and relevant expertise. In addition to base salary, we offer a benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
