We are looking for a Demand Planning Associate Manager to join the Supply Chain Demand Planning team.

Job Purpose

The position holder will be responsible to regularly produce short, medium and long‑term forecasts, in relation to volumes expected for shipment and turnover volumes, pointing out any gaps versus targets. He/she will contribute to the overall business turnover through a shipping forecast that secures products availability, optimal level of service and minimum costs.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead for the area of competence, the demand management process;
  • Lead, within the area of responsibility, the effective execution of promotional activities and new product launches;
  • Nurture and strengthen the collaboration between Sales and Supply Chain;
  • Ensure, for the area of competence, the analysis with rational criteria and methodology of the expected required volumes, by identifying the relative quantities and effective planned sales;
  • Ensure the management of internal IT tools and promote the development of customized IT solutions for the team;
  • Co‑lead the weekly / monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings;
  • Ensure product availability within the area of responsibility to maintain the correct stock level;
  • Guarantee the highest possible Forecast Accuracy within the area of responsibility;
  • Provide the necessary reporting to Top Management.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified with 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain with a focus on demand Planning are appreciated.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage complex and multiple tasks, with a “can do” attitude.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Advanced knowledge in PowerBI and VBA to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Aptitude for innovation and thinking outside the box.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

  • Type of contract: full‑time.
