We are looking for a Senior Delivery Process & Governance professional to join our Delivery Operations team. The Delivery Process & Governance function ensures we deliver consistently across markets by defining our end‑to‑end playbooks, stage gates, and operating standards—embedding controls, SLAs/OLAs, and responsible AI principles into the way we work. This role bridges strategy with execution, ensuring the Go‑Live framework in HubSpot and Jira is clear, adopted, and continuously improved across regions. You will partner closely with Solutions, Implementation, Commercial, Product, Legal, and Operations to align handoffs, standardize business processes, and drive change with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

Shape how dLocal delivers at scale by owning our end‑to‑end delivery playbook, stage gates, and governance across markets—embedding consistency, controls, and AI principles into day‑to‑day operations. You’ll orchestrate cross‑functional alignment while ensuring our Go‑Live checklist runs seamlessly across HubSpot and Jira.
