Key Responsibilities
IT Project Management
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and milestone tracking.
Technical Oversight
- Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solutions and identify areas for improvement.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication, status reporting, and issue resolution across all project phases.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Risk & Change Management
- Identify potential project risks and scope changes proactively.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Ensure change management processes are well-documented and approved.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams, ensuring clear task allocation and accountability.
- Drive team performance to meet project objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT Project Management, Technical Delivery, or Digital Payments.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end IT solution delivery within complex enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on experience in Digital Payment Gateway systems is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English (mandatory).
