Talent Acquisition Specialist - Space & Defence Sector

STAM is currently recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Systems Engineer to join its Defence team in Rome, Italy.

ACTIVITIES:

By joining the STAM Engineering Solutions team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on projects in the Aerospace & Defence domain. You will be engaged in consulting activities supporting the whole lifecycle of complex systems from the requirements definition and analysis to the design phase, from the implementation and integration to test and acceptance. Particular focus will be on C4ISR Systems, M&S Systems and Telecommunications Systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least, Bachelor’s degree in STEMs, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least, 1 Year experience (but not mandatory) in:
  • Requirements analysis and specification;
  • Analysis and Implementation of Customer’s requirements;
  • System integration process;
  • At least basic knowledge of C2, C4ISR, or Modelling&Simulation Systems;
  • Knowledge of MBSE practices;
  • Knowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification process;
  • Test and Validation Reports.
  • Good teamworking, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to the detail;
  • Good knowledge of the English language – at least Level B2 – and, in particular, in drafting project documentation and reports;
  • Availability to business travels, both in Europe and outside.
