They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In transaction services at PwC you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis and managing the transaction process.

Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality.
