This role involves managing special offers, factory orders, and overseeing sales reports and meetings. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant experience, is proficient in MS Office, and possesses excellent communication skills. An interest in the motorsports industry is essential, and the position requires travel. This is an on-site job.

Competenze

Posizione

Sales Department is looking for a Dealer Development Inside Sales Coordinator, your main activities will be:

  • Management of special offers;
  • Management of data on sales conditions;
  • Factory orders management: checking budget against orders, approving orders;
  • Sales Reports (once a week);
  • New dealer opening: analysis and evaluation;
  • Open days: analysis and evaluation;
  • Training agendas and schedules;
  • Sales Tools maintenance;
  • Sales Meetings supervision;
  • Race experiences: evaluation of sales guests list;
  • Company tour requests.
Requisiti
  • Previous experience in a similar role of 2-3 years;
  • Good MS Office Knowledge (Excel);
  • Previous experience with AS400 and Salesforce will be a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, a second language will be a plus;
  • Open to travel;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
  • Interest for the motorsports industry complete the profile.
