The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, with over 4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. The Deal Desk Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, managing the end‑to‑end deal process. This role involves analysing pricing, discounting, and deal terms while ensuring compliance with internal policies. The Analyst ensures that deals align with the company’s financial and operational goals, providing insights and recommendations to optimise profitability and close deals efficiently.

About the role:

• Support sales with deal structuring, pricing, quote and contract reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval processes.
• Work across multiple systems and teams to ensure an accurate and timely quote to close cycle.
• Track deal performance, system performance and cycle efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and remove roadblocks.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, or financial analysis.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
