• 100% people staffed, no bench
• Very high billability 93%
• In last forecast: 20% growth YoY

Italian language is mandatory and employee is client facing.

We need employees with DWH methodology knowledge and Data Scientist background. It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than Analyst II.

Current team cannot absorb new tasks, because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity. All Analytics Italian employees are allocated, so there are no available resources to use for new activities.
