A leading tech firm is looking for a Data Scientist to join their team in Pisa, Italy. The role involves designing and implementing AI solutions for various sectors including Defence and Transport. Candidates should have a strong background in Python, machine learning frameworks, and a Master's degree in STEM. This position offers the opportunity to tackle real-world problems in innovative ways while contributing to research and development projects.

Competenze

• Good knowledge of Python.
• Experience with machine learning packages like numpy and pandas.
• Master's degree in a relevant STEM field.

Mansioni

• Design, implement and test AI-based solutions.
• Maintain software for performance and reliability.
• Train AI models and optimize based on validation results.

Conoscenze

Good knowledge of Python

Knowledge of numpy, pandas, matplotlib, sklearn

Knowledge of Tensorflow or PyTorch

Experience with Git versioning control

Good background in Statistics and Machine Learning

Hands-on experience in Convolutional Neural Networks

Hands-on experience with Docker

Good knowledge of English (B2)

Ability to work independently

Willingness to work in the Defence field
