Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. Working closely with our experienced data scientists and engineers, you will contribute to the development of AI based innovative solutions for industrial applications focusing on aesthetic anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and Agentic AI systems.

Work model: #LI-Hybrid

  • Develop AI solutions for aesthetic anomaly detection for industrial quality assurance, predictive maintenance and advanced AI agents working with internal company data
  • Conduct research and analysis about latest AI advancements with the aim of adopting them in the industrial manufacturing field
  • Evaluate and interpret model results and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models and algorithms into our existing systems
  • Develop applications for data collection and manage industrial IoT solutions
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise ways
Qualifications for the Role
  • You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related fields
  • You possess knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence principles and algorithms
  • You have knowledge of Python, SQL and other data science tools and libraries and familiarity with computer vision technologies
  • You have familiarity with AzureML, Agentic AI Framework such as LangChain or LlamaIndex or protocols as MCP. You have skills in Edge AI hardware solutions like Nvidia Jetson or Raspberry Pi, CI/CD and MLOps solutions.
  • You like working adopting a strong analytical and problem‑solving attitude with the ability to work in a team.
  • You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
