Stellar Virtual is seeking a Data Platform & Systems Engineer to own, evolve, and operate its data platform—covering ingestion pipelines, warehouse, transformation, orchestration, and delivery systems. The role spans Python, Azure, SQL, dbt, and orchestration while emphasizing reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

AI-assisted development and automation are core to accelerating work, improving monitoring, and ensuring platform health.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, systems engineering, or related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Azure Data Factory (ADF) or comparable tooling.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows (branching, code review, CI/CD).
• Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Build, maintain, and improve ingestion pipelines using Python.
• Develop and optimize SQL and dbt models across warehouse layers.
• Manage orchestration, scheduling, retries, and error handling for pipelines.
• Implement data-quality checks and automated tests across pipelines.
