LivaNova is seeking a Data Management & Strategy Specialist to drive data governance, BI, and data quality across the organization. You will bridge business, data, analytics, and technology teams to coordinate data-related requests and initiatives, turning data insights into actionable outcomes.

You’ll influence data standards, support governance forums, and prepare leadership-ready materials. Travel up to 25% may be required as you partner with data owners and stakeholders to deliver timely

Competenze

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5–9 years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or related function.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-ready materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Planner).
  • Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and data management principles.
  • Exposure to BI, analytics, or reporting environments.
  • Fluent English.

Mansioni

Who are we looking for?

Are you passionate about data, governance, and driving meaningful business impact through collaboration? We are looking for a Data Management & Strategy Specialist to join our team and play a key role in enabling effective data operations, governance, business intelligence, and data quality across the organization.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business, data, analytics, and technology teams, helping to ensure that data-related requests, issues, and initiatives are effectively coordinated and delivered. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, managing multiple stakeholders, and turning data insights into actionable outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

Your New Role
  • Coordinate the intake, logging, prioritization, and tracking of data requests and data-related issues.
  • Support issue management processes from identification through resolution.
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive timely solutions.

  • Assist with data quality reviews and help identify and resolve inconsistencies.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Contribute to improving data quality, reliability, and trust across the business.
  • Help operationalize data standards, definitions, and governance practices.
  • Support root cause analysis and remediation tracking for data quality issues.
  • Develop presentations, agendas, and supporting materials for Data & AI Councils and governance forums.
  • Track decisions, actions, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and communication materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support the Director of Data Management & Strategy on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
  • Help drive continuous improvement across data management processes and controls.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–9 years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a related function.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including presentation design, storytelling, and creating executive-ready materials.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Planner.
  • Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and data management principles.
  • Exposure to business intelligence, analytics, or reporting environments.
  • Fluent English.
Nice To Have
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting data quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Exposure to Data Lakes, enterprise data platforms, and data ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or similar data management, reporting, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting governance forums, councils, or cross-functional leadership initiatives.
  • Background in analytical, data-driven, or marketing-focused organizations.

  • Base Salary range: € 43.500 – € 65.500
  • Bonus: 5%

Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
