Un'agenzia di risorse umane sta cercando un Assistente per l'integrazione dei dati e l'intelligenza aziendale per lavorare nell'Unità di comunicazione. Si richiede ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e laurea in Data Science o campo affine. Il lavoro richiede competenze nella manipolazione dei dati, nella creazione di dashboard in Power BI e con automazione dei flussi di lavoro. Si offre contratto iniziale di 3 mesi con possibilità di estensione e stipendio di circa €2259 al mese.

Competenze

• Almeno 1 anno di esperienza professionale nella manipolazione e archiviazione dei dati per analisi.
• Esperienza nella creazione di workflow automatizzati per l'integrazione dei dati.
• Conoscenza dei formati di dati come JSON e CSV.

Mansioni

• Recuperare, pulire e strutturare dati da API e sistemi esterni.
• Sviluppare dashboard interattive e report in Power BI.
• Creare flussi di lavoro automatizzati per i processi di reporting.

Conoscenze

Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (almeno livello C1)

Would you be interested in joining the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as an interim via Randstad Italia? We are looking for a Data Integration & Business Intelligence Assistant to work in the Communication Unit.

Responsabilità

The interim will:

• Retrieve, clean, and structure data from APIs and external systems (e.g., website analytics , social media Listening platforms, internal databases);
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for stakeholder communication;
• Create automated workflows for data integration and reporting processes;
• Store and maintain structured datasets for recurring analyses and dashboards;
• Collaborate on KPI monitoring and indicator construction;
• Document and maintain workflows and forms in Power Apps (if applicable).

Functie-eisen

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data science, Statistics, Economics, Computer science, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of professional experience in data manipulation, cleaning, structuring, and storage for analytics or reporting purposes;
• At least 1 year of professional experience working with APIs and common data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV);
• Experience creating automated workflows for data integration and transformation;
• Proficiency in R (preferred) or Python for data processing and automation;
• Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard development and reporting;
• Ability to structure and store data efficiently for reuse and scalability.

Assets:

• Experience designing and maintaining KPIs/indicators for performance monitoring;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and SharePoint for workflow automation;
• Experience creating automated data workflows and connectors between internal systems;
• Exposure to large datasets and basic statistical or predictive analytics.

Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.

Salary: approx. €2259 per month before taxes.

Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
