A consulting firm in Tuscany, Italy, is seeking a non-key expert for a project involving econometric analysis of financial instruments. Candidates should have a Master's degree, at least 8 years' experience in market failures, and strong skills in ORBIS and PitchBook. The project duration is 15 months, starting from December 2025.

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project: ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

Overall objective

of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date: 1 December 2025. Duration: 15 months.
