A leading international firm is seeking a Data & Evaluation Methods Expert for a 15-month project starting in December 2025. The candidate should have a Master’s Degree, at least 8 years in econometric analysis, and strong skills in ORBIS and PitchBook. Very good command of English is essential. Interested candidates should submit their CV and a statement of interest on a rolling basis.

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date : 1 December 2025.

Duration : 15 months

Requirements

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,
• ≥ 8 years in econometric analysis of FIs and market failures.
• Strong skills in ORBIS, PitchBook, and statistical data sources.
• Experience in evaluation design and impact measurement.
• Very good command of English.
