A leading project consortium is looking for a Data & Evaluation Methods Expert to support the EIB project focused on EU market assessments. Candidates must have a Master’s degree, 8+ years in econometric analysis, and proficiency in ORBIS and PitchBook. The role is based in Cagliari, Italy, with a start date of 1 December 2025, lasting 15 months.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of experience in econometric analysis of FIs and market failures.
• Strong skills in ORBIS, PitchBook, and statistical data sources.
• Experience in evaluation design and impact measurement.

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project: ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

Overall objective

of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date: 1 December 2025. Duration: 15 months.

Requirements

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher
• ≥ 8 years in econometric analysis of FIs and market failures
• Strong skills in ORBIS, PitchBook, and statistical data sources
• Experience in evaluation design and impact measurement
• Very good command of English
