Job description

As a Data Engineer, you will contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with talented teams. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely (from Italy) while working in a stimulating and supportive setting.

Your missions

• Design, develop and optimize Data Engineering solutions on the Azure platform (Databricks, Synapse, DevOps, Python, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Parquet)
• Manage and integrate relational and non‑relational (NoSQL) databases
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data collection, transformation, and loading
• Collaborate with Analytics teams for the implementation of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions
• Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of implemented solutions
• Monitor and optimize data flow performance
• Support the team in troubleshooting and defining best practices
• Document developed solutions and processes

Your profile

• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Fluent Italian language skills; good English ia a nice to have
• Advanced experience with Azure technologies: Databricks, Synapse, DevOps, Python, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Parquet
• In‑depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with ETL tools and Data Warehouse/Analytics
• Ability to work independently and in a team, problem‑solving skills, results‑oriented, flexibility, and adaptability
