A leading consultancy firm in Italy is seeking a Contract Manager for their expanding EMEA Data Centre business. The role involves stakeholder management, contract negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar and MRICS status is preferred, but all applications are encouraged. This position offers a salary range of €50-85k depending on experience.

Competenze

• Experience in project management related to Data Centres is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills to develop comprehensive contract strategies.
• Ability to draft formal notices and contract-related documentation.

Mansioni

• Liaise with internal teams to manage contract strategies.
• Prepare and issue Request for Proposal packages.
• Evaluate proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
• Liaise between parties regarding contract development.
• Manage closing activities and contract approvals.
