We’re looking for a Data Center Audit Technician to join our growing team within Global Network Deployment. Scope of work includes physically walking data center floor space to visually identify, capture, and record data collected. Report audit findings through ticketing systems with clear and concise communication to capacity planning.

All Candidates Should Exhibit the Following

• Ability to exhibit good written and oral communication skill.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds unassisted; participate in group lifts for 36 pounds or more.
• Must be able to lift loads of up to 49 pounds and carry them for short distances.
• Walk job sites in uneven terrain.
• Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs).
• Regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Coordinate body movements when using tools or equipment.
• Reach and stretch to position equipment and fixtures while maintaining balance.
• Perform physical tasks all day without becoming overly tired.
• Push or pull heavy objects into position.
• Work in a noisy environment.

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 1+ years of experience using Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting, or relevant education/certifications.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• 6+ months of relevant IT experience.
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years working in a data center environment.

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,200/year in our highest geographic market.
