Candidates should have relevant certifications and a high school diploma, alongside the ability to troubleshoot hardware and networking problems. This role includes responsibilities in documentation and project execution within a team environment, typically requiring rotating shifts.

Competenze

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+, CND, Network+, or Security+ certification.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Mansioni

• Resolve a wide range of datacenter infrastructure issues.
• Serve as a primary resolver and escalation point for junior technicians.
• Maintain and create documentation on supported technologies.
• Execute small projects independently.
