A leading technology services company in Milan is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to provide server hardware support across a multi-vendor environment and manage data center cabling activities. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of HPE Servers and experience in data center environments. Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving skills are essential for success. This role is an opportunity to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Competenze

• 1° level certification on Aruba and/or Juniper appreciated.
• Ability to manage complex customer problems.
• Communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment.
• Installation, termination and testing of interlink cabling.
• Ensure all calls are resolved within the agreed SLA.

Conoscenze

Basic configuration skills in Cisco

HPE Servers knowledge

Patch cabling experience

Good knowledge of Service Now

ESD working practice knowledge

Health & Safety knowledge

Good MS Office skills
