CAI is seeking an Electrical Cx Engineer to lead data center commissioning efforts in Umbria, Perugia. You will coordinate design, construction, and operations to meet project goals, define protocols, mitigate risks, and mentor staff to elevate capability.

You will engage across teams, manage timelines, and travel domestically and abroad where required, leveraging your strong leadership and communication skills to ensure reliable, high‑performing facilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience in the Data Center industry.
• Experience commissioning critical systems, preferably in data centers.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate the commissioning process for data center facilities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for commissioning activities and align with project timelines.
• Define commissioning protocols and methodologies for various systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks in commissioning processes.
• Mentor junior commissioning engineers and train operations/maintenance staff.
