Your Day‑to‑Day

• Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance.
• Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks.
• Suggest experimentation by defining success metrics, validating results, and recommending next steps.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
• Assists in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning.
• Manage data pipelines and analysis for HubSpot in collaboration with the BD team.

This is a remote position; candidates must work primarily within European time zones.

What You Bring to the Table

Mandatory

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or MixPanel.
• Familiarity with trading, web3, crypto exchanges, and user acquisition KPIs such as deposits and trading volume.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis.

Nice‑to‑have

• Marketing platform knowledge (Meta, X) and attribution understanding.
• Technical literacy – APIs, webhooks, first‑party data integrations.
• Reporting & visualization – building KPI dashboards and cohort reports.
• Data & tagging – tracking pixels, event schemas, UTM structures across channels.
• Light Python/SQL experience.
