We are seeking a Senior Configuration Manager for our Italian office. The selected candidate will initially be hired in Italy and then seconded to the Hague office for 30 months.

The role involves managing Configuration Management for complex programs, including software development supplies. The Senior Configuration Manager will develop and maintain the CM plan, manage changes to configuration items, conduct audits, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with international standards. They will also support contract management and provide CM training to staff.

Main responsibilities include:

• Creating and tailoring CM processes for the project.
• Managing the change management process and configuration lifecycle.
• Maintaining configuration baselines and conducting audits.
• Managing CM documentation, tools, and databases.
• Reporting CM status to stakeholders.
• Training and mentoring team members on CM processes.
• Supporting contract management activities related to configuration requirements.

Requirements:

• Senior level with at least 7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management for software and complex supplies.
• Proficiency with PLM and SCM tools, and MS Office suite.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to coordinate junior staff.

Language: Senior level proficiency required.
