ReeVo Cloud & Cyber Security cerca un Cybersecurity Analyst – Tier 1 per il team di Operations SOC. Sarai responsabile del monitoraggio continuo di sistemi di sicurezza, analisi iniziale degli alert e triage degli incidenti, escalando quando necessario.

Lavoro in modalità ibrida presso la sede di Catania. Il candidato ideale possiede una laurea in Informatica o campo correlato, esperienza in ambienti di cybersecurity, conoscenze di XDR/NDR, AD e Linux, nonché abilità di analisi dei log e

Competenze

• Laurea in Informatica o titolo equivalente.
• Almeno 1–2 anni di esperienza in ambienti di servizi di Cyber Security.
• Conoscenza di XDR/NDR e delle tecnologie di gestione degli accessi (AD) e Linux.
• Capacità di troubleshooting e analisi log.
• Conoscenza di framework di threat analysis (MITRE ATT&CK).
• Certificazioni in sicurezza informatica sono un plus.

Mansioni

• Monitoraggio continuo di sistemi di sicurezza (SIEM, IDS, firewall).
• Analisi iniziale degli alert per severità e impatto.
• Registrazione accurata di incidenti e azioni intraprese.
• Risposta ad incidenti secondo SOP SOC e escalation al Tier 2.
• Collaborazione con analisti Tier 2 per indagini avanzate.

The future colleague will join the Cyber Security Operations Team in the role of CYBERSECURITY ANALYST - Tier 1, responsible for the continuous monitoring of security systems and tools, initial alert analysis, incident triage, and escalation to higher levels when necessary.

Responsibilities of the selected candidate include:

• Constant monitoring of security systems and tools such as SIEM, IDS, and firewalls to detect suspicious activities;
• Performing initial analysis of security alerts to assess severity, potential impact, and relevance, with a focus on filtering out false positives;
• Accurate logging of all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes achieved, including supporting documentation for escalation processes;
• Responding to common incidents in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined within the SOC;
• Collaborating with Tier 2 Analysts for advanced investigation and incident handling.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

Hard Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• At least 1/2 years of experience in Cyber Security service environments;
• Knowledge of XDR, NDR technologies, Active Directory and Linux;
• Troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to analyze system, network, and application logs to identify anomalies;
• Familiarity with threat analysis frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK;
• Certifications related to the Cyber Security field (e.g., GIAC Certified Incident Handler, ECSA, CEH) are a plus.

Language skills

• Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
• Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving contexts;
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Cooperative spirit and teamwork orientation;
