BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist in Italy to support the cybersecurity program, ensure compliance with NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST, and coordinate vulnerability management activities.

You will work with the SOC, external providers and internal IT teams to strengthen security posture. The role involves monitoring security controls, assisting in risk assessments and audits, and promoting continuous improvement of network, endpoint and perimeter security.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security, Security Operations and/or GRC.
• Knowledge of NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Incident Management.
• Good knowledge of network, endpoint and cloud security; OT/ICS and GMP exposure is a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and risk-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Support the Cyber Security & Network Manager in the cybersecurity program and compliance activities (NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST).
• Coordinate Vulnerability & Patch Management from assessment to remediation tracking.
• Contribute to security monitoring and cyber incident management with SOC and IT teams.
• Support management and improvement of network, endpoint and perimeter security controls.
• Contribute to cyber risk assessments, audits and policy reviews.
• Monitor remediation plans and cybersecurity KPIs/KRIs and related reporting.
• Assist cybersecurity supplier assessments and security projects.
