BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p. A is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to safeguard the company’s networks, endpoints and data in a pharma GMP environment.

You will collaborate with the SOC and IT teams to implement and monitor security controls, manage vulnerabilities and guide supplier security assessments while aligning with NIS2 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Security Operations and/or GRC.
• Knowledge of NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Incident Management.
• Good knowledge of network, endpoint and cloud security; OT/ICS and GMP environments are a plus.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical skills, risk-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
• Can-do attitude.

• Support the Cyber Security & Network Manager in the operational management of the cybersecurity program and compliance activities related to NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Coordinate Vulnerability & Patch Management activities, from vulnerability assessment to remediation tracking.
• Contribute to security monitoring and cyber incident management, working closely with SOC, external providers and internal IT teams.
• Support the management and continuous improvement of network, endpoint and perimeter security controls.
• Contribute to cyber risk assessments, audits and the review of security policies and procedures.
• Monitor remediation plans and key cybersecurity KPIs/KRIs, supporting related reporting activities.
• Support cybersecurity supplier assessments and security projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company’s cybersecurity posture.

We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Specialist - that will mainly ensure:

• Support the Cyber Security & Network Manager in the operational management of the cybersecurity program and compliance activities related to NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks;

Main Requirements:

• Experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Incident Management;
• Good knowledge of network, endpoint and cloud security; experience in OT/ICS and GMP environments will be considered a plus;
• Good knowledge of English;

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is:

35k - 40k
