The Cyber Security Engineer will be responsible for handling consultancy requests on cyber security topics and leading specific projects as a Project Manager. The role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of cyber security technologies, regulations, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Handle consultancy requests on cyber security topics, providing solutions and recommendations.
- Participate as a Project Manager in cyber security projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and costs.
- Collaborate with all teams to integrate security best practices into business processes.
- Support the management of security incidents.
- Define and update policies in line with industry regulations and standards.
- Support internal training and awareness initiatives on cyber security topics.
- Stay constantly updated on emerging threats and cyber security best practices.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in roles such as Cyber Security Engineer or Cyber Security Architect.
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, cryptography, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST and ISO 27001).
- Understanding of cloud security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Languages : Italian, English
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP).
- Architectural certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solution Architect).
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards such as GDPR, NIS2, or PCI-DSS.
