While primarily working on Italian products, the candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with the extended UX international community, ensuring alignment with global standards and contributing to the broader design ecosystem.As a CX/UX Designer, You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.**About the Role:** In the CX/UX Designer role, you will build upon your UX design foundation to take on more responsibility in shaping user experiences. You will engage in designing more detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while contributing to user research and usability testing efforts.
