The Opportunity

We are looking for a CX Digital Product Specialist to join our International QI Digital Optimization team based in Brugherio (MB) to help shape the future Digital Experience.

In this role you will be the main contact for different teams working on our digital experience to collect the needs and translate it into technical requirements for development.

You must have a clear Customer Centric approach in order to offer the best experience to digital users on website and app at country level.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Digital Optimization Manager in this role you will:

  • Highlight country website and apps improvements related to Search & Navigation, products discoverability, Product Recommendations, Ratings & Reviews, seamless purchase funnel to improve customer experience and increase conversion rate.
  • Manage a website optimization roadmap at a country level aligned with the International one, including idea management, testing, tech requirements and reporting needs.
  • Audit and analyse funnel metrics to address areas for growth in conversion rates.
  • Support business initiatives and ensure good coordination and collaboration between the teams in various company departments.
  • Partner with the A/B testing team to implement the testing program following the Optimization priorities.
  • Track and resolve website "bug" issues through close partnership with IT departments.
  • Coordinate On‑site Optimization projects across ecommerce teams, tech Product Managers and external vendors.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 3 years experience in similar role in CRO, Digital and eCommerce fields.
  • Experience with Optimization platforms such as Adobe Target, BazaarVoice, Jira, Confluence.
  • Advanced knowledge of Analytics tool (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
  • Must exhibit customer focus, aptitude for problem solving, good time management skills and positive attitude.
  • Have a strong interest on innovation and a pioneering spirit.
  • Balance of analytical and technical experience, while working in constant collaboration with many parts of the organization – including Digital Store, Performance Marketing, Content.
