La posizione è temporanea con forte potenziale di rinnovo, sede a Lisbona e formazione iniziale. Verrà offerta la lingua portoghese, un ambiente multiculturale stimolante e opportunità di crescita professionale nel team di assistenza clienti.

• Italiano nativo e Inglese B1+ richiesti.

• Rispondere alle domande dei clienti attraverso i canali di supporto disponibili.
• Fornire assistenza chiara, accurata e professionale.
• Comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e identificare le soluzioni più appropriate.
• Troubleshoot e inoltrare i casi complessi quando necessario.
• Mantenere informazioni cliente e dettagli dei casi aggiornati.

What You'll Do

• Keep customer information and case details accurately documented
• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and a supportive team environment

Compensation

For international candidates: €1,050 gross/month

The all-inclusive package includes:
