Customer Support Representative - Spanish & English Are you a Spanish-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Spanish + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, multilingual environment, supporting one of the world's leading heavy equipment brands.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CAT’s retailers.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.
  • Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.
What You Bring
  • Spanish – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required).
  • Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
