A global technology leader in electronic design is looking for a Customer Support Engineer in Milan. The role involves providing professional support for PCB Design Flow software applications, collaborating with support engineers, and creating knowledge base articles. Our Global Support division is a key revenue driver and critical to customer satisfaction and success. We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Engineer to provide professional support to external and internal customers using our PCB Design Flow software applications. You will be a key member of an award-winning EDA technical support team, committed to excellent support for customers, field personnel and team members. Some travel for work may be required. For this role we can support candidates with a degree in Electronics and a willingness to grow into the role (experience not essential). We can train you!
