We are a fast-growing HR tech startup in Italy. Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today\'s evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments, and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Lead customer journey (renewals, upselling, cross-selling)
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and renewal.
  • Understand client goals and use cases to maximize value realization and product engagement.
  • Collect, analyze, and share user feedback and data insights to support continuous product improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales teams to align on client expectations and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain documentation and reports on customer usage, outcomes, and KPIs.
What we’re looking for

Must-have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management
  • Previous experience in team coordination or leadership within a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, soft skills assessment, and/or digital transformation in organizations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and structured approach to managing multiple clients and priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Languages: Italian and English (at least C1)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI-driven HR tools, People Analytics, or Learning & Development platforms.
  • Familiarity with data reporting tools and feedback loops.
  • Proficiency in French, German, Spanish will be considered a plus
