Overview

As Customer Solution Expert, you will consolidate and develop relationships with laboratory technicians and managers in clinical and microbiological laboratories through consultation and technical/scientific support for solutions, diagnostic protocols, software, reagents, and devices. Your deep understanding of the technical and operational needs of solution users will enable you to prepare activities, tools, and services vital to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of clinical laboratory processes. You will propose and implement DS products, services, and solutions according to strategic‑operational indications provided by Management and synthesized in assigned objectives (personal and team).

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships: establish direct connections with stakeholders such as Microbiology and Clinical Pathology Units.
  • Ensure implementation: guarantee timely implementation of new equipment and systems after DS solution installations.
  • Customer support: assist customers in using DS solutions accurately and handle product complaints and recalls promptly.
  • Collaboration and analysis: collaborate with local and European teams to maintain relationships and analyze diagnostic procedures for improvement opportunities.
  • Training and feedback: conduct auditing, training, and user education activities, supervise activities within company systems, and collect structured feedback.
  • Product launch and support: actively participate in product launches, prevent user difficulties, and contribute to Scientific Support activities.
  • Coverage of the Lombardy area.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in scientific disciplines, preferably with a specialization in Microbiology.
  • Deep understanding of purchasing mechanisms in public and private hospital settings.
  • Proficiency in Solution Selling techniques.
  • Excellent command of Windows XP and major Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Continuous scientific updating and personal development.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and focus on customer development.

Preferably located within the region.

Base salary: €40,400–€50,000 per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
