Job Summary

Your main responsibility is to coordinate door-to-door transport for Italian clients and manage collections and deliveries for ex works clients via Italian rail terminals, all from our office near Milan. This involves maintaining regular contact with customers, monitoring shipments to ensure timely collection and delivery, sending arrival notices, and managing the recovery of any additional costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking Italian collections and deliveries
  • Liaising with Sales to ensure accurate quotes are entered into our system
  • Managing late shipments
  • Monitoring performance against agreed KPIs
  • Ensuring all costs are correctly charged and recovered
