Descrizione del lavoro

The resource within the Customer Service team will be responsible for the following activities :

• Entering, managing and receiving customer orders through Corporate Management System
• Ensure customer support for all information and / or questions about the order process (order entry and confirmation, stock checks and delivery management with different contractual conditions)
• Ensure the achievement of Customer Satisfaction by coordinating with other company functions
• Ensure accurate document management of customer records, new articles and price lists
• Supports and monitors the order book through regular Reports
