FAAC Technologies, leader mondial en automatisation d'accès et systèmes de parking, recherche un Customer Service Specialist - Order Processing. Le candidat devra gérer le traitement des commandes, assurer la conformité avec les conditions commerciales, et fournir un soutien client diligent. Ce poste exige une expérience en administration des ventes et une excellente maîtrise des langues.

Competenze

  • Diplôme requis dans un domaine lié aux langues ou à l'économie.
  • 3-4 ans d'expérience en administration des ventes.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, une seconde langue est un atout.

Mansioni

  • Entrer les commandes reçues des clients et filiales.
  • Planifier la production de l'équipement requis.
  • Fournir un support client et résoudre les problèmes de livraison.

Customer Service Specialist - Order Processing

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enter orders received from customers / subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator;
  • Plan the production of the required equipment;
  • Monitor the progress of the production of orders for which they are responsible for;
  • Guarantee compliance to commercial conditions indicated in the sales contract (payment terms, discounts, return conditions, net prices);
  • Ensuring the resolution of return shipments, non-conformities and management of delivery delays;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Issue invoices and credit / debit notes in compliance with existing CEE and EXTRA CEE regulations;
  • Ensure all activities necessary for goods collection;
  • Issue logistics and customs documentation needed for export purposes;
  • Monitor the customer's credit situation;

Competences and requirements :

  • Degree in Foreign Languages and / or Economics and similar;
  • 3 / 4 years of Experience in the Sales Administration area;
  • Client & Service Orientation;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably of a second language (German nice to have);
  • Precision and accuracy;
  • Planning & Organization;
  • Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
