Customer Service Representative (Italian + English)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote work from anywhere in Portugal)
Contract Type: Permanent, with 14 monthly payments

About the Role
We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team dedicated to the small home appliances sector.
The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a good command of English.
You will work remotely from anywhere in Portugal, providing support to Italian customers via phone, email, and chat.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Italian (and in English when required).
- Handle inquiries related to products, orders, warranties, and complaints.
- Deliver quick and effective solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality standards and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and communication.
Requirements
- Excellent command of Italian (C2) and good knowledge of English (B2).
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in an international environment.
- Residence in Portugal (fully remote role).
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 08:00 - 18:00 (Portuguese time).
- Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 1,000 × 14 months.
- Additional bonus: 100 × 12 months.
- Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day.
- Transport allowance: 20 per month.
