Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our industrial customers, structured OEMs, and partners across the EMEA region. In this role, you will ensure that all customer needs are met, contributing to an excellent customer experience.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Answer customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and order status, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Monitor the customer order book, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues or deviations.
  • Drive customers to follow Danfoss order management standards and encourage accurate order forecasting.
  • Lead discussions on product allocation or delivery escalations, coordinating with internal stakeholders to secure solutions.
  • Support cash collection activities when requested by Credit Management.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a proactive, high-quality customer service culture focused on continuous improvement and reliability.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Educational background in Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably within international and complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD / MM) or similar CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, ability to multitask, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to ensure an excellent service experience.
  • Positive attitude towards changes in procedures, systems, and processes, with willingness to adopt and support their implementation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Italian skills.
