We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milan Italy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and ready to make a difference in a fast‑paced global environment.

What Youll Do

As a key point of contact for our clients you will :

Handle client inquiries bookings and reports via phone and email.

Plan and coordinate shipping solutions tailored to client needs.

Monitor and track shipments addressing any deviations and keeping clients updated.

Maintain and update the database with client and shipment details.

Provide study‑specific reports and performance updates.

Ensure compliance with regulations (ADR / DGR / IATA) and local laws.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and World Courier offices.

What Were Looking For

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.

Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Good decision‑making and analytical skills.

Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).

Previous B2B customer service experience ideally in logistics or pharmaceuticals.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) and data entry.

College education or relevant industry experience preferred.

Additional Details

Location : World Courier Milan Via VareseLainate (accessible by car only).

Schedule : Rotational shifts (Monday to Friday 8 am5 pm or 10 : 30 am7 : 30 pm) with occasional bank holiday coverage.
