Position: Customer Service Agent

What you’ll do
- Chatting with customers via phone, messages & email
- Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
- Follow presented response templates and quality standards
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team
- Giving product tips & recommendations
We need YOU, because
- You’re ready to relocate to sunny Greece
- You speak the required language fluently
- You have strong English skills – both written and spoken
- You’ve got an excellent eye for the detail
- Problem-solving is your superpower
- You can stay calm and professional - even when things don’t go as planned
- Customer support experience is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker!
