Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and well-stocked to deliver a great shopping experience.

The role requires a high school diploma and preferred prior customer service experience in retail or similar settings. You will be on your feet much of the day, lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining professional customer interactions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
